I’m glad to give it a high rating and would recommend this wonderful, beautiful, luxurious hotel to anyone looking for a good place in Mumbai Andheri West. You can check in here, guys. The room was dirty, the sheets were torn, and there were bugs in the toilet. The AC wasn’t working, and the promised kettle wasn’t provided. Stack parking was still okay. There are many good options within 500 mtr, so I’d stay away from this one.

I booked Hotel Ashraya for 6 nights in dec month for ₹25,000 and paid a ₹5,000 deposit. After just one night, the strong unpleasant smell, sheets that looked unwashed, and lack of proper ventilation in both the room and washroom made the conditions unacceptable. I told the staff we wanted to check out because the stay wasn’t satisfactory. Instead of addressing those concerns, they wouldn’t let us leave without paying more. First they demanded ₹13,000 just for checkout, then we were pressured into an argument and made to pay a total of ₹18,000 for the single night. That felt completely unfair and unjustified, especially after we’d clearly explained why we were leaving. The male receptionist introduced himself as the General Manager and was extremely rude, with no concern for customer satisfaction. The head manager acted the same way and seemed focused only on extracting money. It was a stressful, disappointing experience. The reviews shown everywhere seem paid to fool customers. I’d strongly advise people to reconsider booking, given the poor service, hygiene, and handling of customer complaints.

We spent 3 days at Hotel Ashraya International with our family and had a comfortable, pleasant stay. The hotel is clean, well maintained, and the room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. Staff were polite and helpful. Having lots of good food options outside the hotel was very convenient, and we’d recommend the place.
