There weren’t even basic supplies in the room: no toiletries, towels, glasses or water. It was just a bed, table and chair put together for rent. The owner seemed to have someone at reception who didn’t understand online booking or payment, even after it was explained, and that person had no choice but to follow the owner’s direction. We’d paid the full amount through an app like oyo, but were still asked for extra money. We had to pay since it wasn’t refundable. I’ve never had such a horrible experience. Very disappointed. 👎

The room was small, had no ventilation, and its windows opened onto the corridor. The only plug was by the door and windows, so anyone could reach the table and phone charger. A padlock is used on the door, in case you missed that in the pictures. The bedding seemed heavily used and wasn’t provided. The bathroom was untidy and unhygienic, with poor plumbing and shower heads. Because of the poor service, I’d only recommend this place for charging your phone.

The owner and staff behaved terribly and the service was very bad. They asked me to pay extra on top of the Oyo rate. This was the first time I’d run into this with an Oyo booking. I complained to the Oyo team but got no resolution.

A good three-star hotel that fits the budget, with the temple very close by. The owner and staff were polite, and the service was excellent.

The rooms were very dirty and the service was very bad. They asked for extra charges for water and electricity, and the owner behaved very badly.
