The only hitch was that there wasn't enough water in the morning when I was checking out, which was a bit inconvenient. Otherwise, everything was managed well. I enjoyed the peaceful, scenic camp location and the easy access to desert activities. The food had impressive taste and variety, with authentic flavors. My stay at Ozaki desert cemp was comfortable and pleasant, and the room service was excellent. Special thanks to Mr. Faruq bhai, who was attentive, courteous, and quick to bring whatever I needed. I'd definitely recommend Ozaki desert Camp for its service, food, and setting.

We reached after traveling 600 km, only to be told at check-in that our Agoda booking wouldn't be accepted. The hotel had accepted it earlier and never warned us. They told us to cancel on the spot and book through Make My trip instead. When I called the owner or manager, he did nothing to help and said there were other hotels in the area, then told us to book elsewhere. It was rude and made us feel unwelcome. The whole thing caused a lot of stress. We had to cancel and find another hotel at a higher price. Please avoid this place. There are better options at lower or similar prices, with better facilities, customer treatment, and location. A horrible experience.

A neat, roomy tent with a clean attached bathroom, good vegetarian food, and courteous staff. They arranged jeep and camel rides to the sand dunes, and the cultural performances they put on every night were really good. Thanks especially to mr..daud bhai. A clean and spacious tent, a clean washroom, good vegetarian food and courteous staff.

They charged ₹10,000 per night, yet basic things were in poor shape: the lights didn't work, switches were broken, and maintenance was bad. The food seemed extremely unhygienic, with cockroaches and insects in it, dirty plates, and no cleanliness. I felt it was unsafe, especially with children. When we arrived late at night, staff demanded extra money and said we had no choice. We'd already told them about our two children and given their correct ages, but they still questioned and harassed us. I've heard from other tourists that they had similar experiences at other tents too. I plan to write to the government of Rajasthan and ask it to take action. We should start a campaign to boycott Jaisalmer. I also saw on social media that someone has already posted this kind of content.

After getting home, we found that a five-star rating for Ozaki desert camp had been posted through my MakeMyTrip account. We were puzzled, then realized the OTP they demanded to manage and edit our booking was used for this. I couldn't edit the review either, and I'm raising a complaint with makemytrip. That's how, I think, they get good ratings, by making people add them to the booking and then rating themselves. Earlier, we'd booked this camp in Sam sand dunes, Jaisalmer through MakeMyTrip after seeing good reviews. Lunch, dinner, and breakfast were included. The camp looked nothing like the photos. Our tent was dirty, with ashes on the table and carpet. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned for ages, and there was no water or electricity. We spent a hot afternoon with no way to freshen up, then managed to book a desert safari with a good jeep driver. Things got frightening when a coordinator barged into our room without asking while I was getting ready and demanded an OTP that would give him access to our booking. He got visibly angry when we said we'd already booked the safari with someone else, then went out shouting at people. We'd called the camp all day before arriving and nobody answered, so it made sense to book elsewhere. There were no locks on the rooms, and apart from my husband and me, no one else was staying there. We felt extremely unsafe and left as soon as we could, taking a cab. The camp was very remote, and there were no cultural programs. Later, other people told us that mostly bikers or party boys go there and that it was completely unsuitable for families. They also said the camp gets violent with other drivers who come to pick up passengers. I've never written such a long review, but I want to warn people not to rely on the ratings and go there.
