Seven Palms Luxury Camp

We arrived to a grand entrance, a traditional dhol welcome, and tika, which made our group feel special. The whole stay had a royal feel. The tents were spacious, very clean, and well maintained, and the staff were courteous and ready to help. Dinner and breakfast were both delicious and well prepared. The calm desert surroundings and pleasant weather made our group stay at Seven Palms Luxury Camp in Jaisalmer even more memorable. Highly recommended.

Our host, mr.pankaj sharma, was polite and welcoming, and we had a wonderful time at the camp. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food and cultural programme were good. The property also arranged a perfect safari to sam sand dunes. Five stars from me.

Read the critical reviews and the owner’s responses carefully before booking. In my view, the owner’s reply was misleading and didn’t address the service and facility issues I raised. After I posted my review, I received WhatsApp messages asking me to delete it in exchange for a refund, followed by several calls. The messages were later deleted. Travelers can judge whether that fits the claim that we were “intoxicated and misbehaving.” My complaints were about the stay, not alcohol. The starter was ice cold and very basic, with no beer glasses or tissue holders. The “luxury” tents were poor quality, and the toilets leaked. The serving staff were unprofessional and had no courtesy. It felt like eating at a roadside dhaba. The camp class was worse than a 1000rs tent house, so check everything before booking and don’t rely only on the entrance or front desk staff. We were first given a room with a broken toilet seat, which is why it was changed. In the second room, water overflowed in the bathroom after flushing, an issue I’ve also seen mentioned in other reviews. The beer bottle in the photos came from the hotel’s own restaurant and can be checked in the reception refrigerator. We didn’t bring outside liquor onto the dance floor, and there was no disturbance. The owner is free to share proof of misconduct if there is any. Until then, those allegations seem like an attempt to divert attention from genuine feedback. The owner was unprofessional too, questioning whether I was with my girlfriend or my wife. Travelers should look at the critical reviews and replies before deciding.

The tents were clean and hygienic, the staff cooperative, and the property well maintained. Tasty dinner and breakfast, along with the pleasant weather, made the stay even better.
