We paid and booked for an AC room, but it never cooled. Water dripped from the unit into the room, and there wasn’t even a remote. They also didn’t provide basic things like soap. When we complained, the owner said none of the available rooms had working AC. It was around 12 a.m. by then, so we had no choice but to stay. The owner was rude and said he runs 3-4 similar properties with the same kind of ACs, then questioned how much cooling we needed. A very misleading, unprofessional, and unhygienic experience. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. The staff were professional and always ready to help guests. One of the best hotels in kanpur.

The room was small but fine for one person, with a clean bathroom, working AC, and clean, cozy bed linen. Mr. Aditya showed me two rooms even though it was late, and made sure there was a towel and soap. His help turned the stay into a comfortable one. I arrived late at night to find a booking mix-up. The website I had used was dealing with different management, and the property had changed ownership just a week earlier without the website knowing. There were no nearby rooms available, and the other options I could find were either too expensive or too far away. Mr. Aditya offered me a room at the same price as my booking. He could have charged more given my situation, but his professionalism and conscience wouldn’t let him. That kind of choice puts morality ahead of profit, which not many people do. He handled it all with real sincerity and professionalism, especially for someone so young. I guess he’s in his early 20s or thereabouts. I wish Mr. Aditya all the best for the future.
