Hotel Royal Galaxy

Good location, but the rooms, washroom, and service were pathetic. I regret staying there and wasting my money. The bathroom didn’t work, the room locks were broken, the bedsheets were super dirty, and the lights and AC weren’t working either. It felt unsafe for families, though good for young couples.

The catering food was third class, with too much soda in everything, and the service was poor. Free suggestion, don’t book this hotel for any program.

Hotel Royal Galaxy made the whole stay feel special. I felt welcome as soon as I arrived, and the front desk got me checked in quickly. They explained the amenities and offered suggestions for local attractions and places to eat. Everyone, from housekeeping to management, was helpful and quick to handle requests. I really enjoyed the restaurant, especially the breakfast buffet, which had plenty of fresh, tasty local and international dishes. The fitness center was clean, well equipped, and never crowded. I also liked unwinding with a drink on the outdoor terrace. The central location made it easy to walk to attractions, shopping areas, and fine dining. My room was spacious, spotless, and nicely decorated, with stylish furniture, a large flat screen TV, and plenty of storage. The bed was soft and comfortable, and the windows looked out over the city. It was peaceful and felt like a five-star suite. The bathroom was lovely too, with a roomy walk-in shower, good water pressure, luxurious toiletries, and soft, high-quality towels. Everything was clean. From the room to the service, the stay exceeded my expectations. I’d happily recommend it for business or leisure and can’t wait to return.

Stayed here on 17th Feb, and it was a frustrating mess. The bathroom was awful: the shower didn’t work, and after staff tried to fix it, they left everything in a mess. When I asked for it to be cleaned, nobody responded. Room service took over 1.5 hours, and the extra bedding showed up after more than an hour. The night executive came across as lazy and unprofessional. The food was barely edible, undercooked, and drenched in food color. If you want a long wait, a stomachache, and plenty of frustration, you’ll find them here. Otherwise, stay far away.
