Hotel Geetika Galaxy

The area is very busy, but being close to the railway station and bus stand means public transport is easy to find. The staff and hospitality were good enough, and the food was tasty and economical. The room was spacious and well cleaned, though hygiene could be better. The bucket wasn't properly clean, and there was no bathroom sleeper or foot mat. I hope the hotel staff and management make hygiene a priority.

The location and the spacious room were the good parts. The bathroom needs attention: the commode seat was unclean, there were things in the washbasin, and the bucket was dirty at the bottom. Everything should be cleaned properly.

I booked through OYO and had already paid, but when I arrived they had checked out my booking. I politely asked the receptionist if anything could be done, but he was extremely rude and threw us out. I lost both my money and my self-respect there. Better to sleep on the footpath than stay here. Please don't book this hotel, not even by mistake. Thank you.

The hotel management was completely disorganized. Nobody seemed interested in looking after guests. My room was dirty, and no one came to change the linen. The intercom at reception was never answered. I was surprised that at night there was no hotel staff available apart from the security person.
