Hotel Neelam

There was enough parking for my guests, and the management handled the large gathering very well. They were cooperative and helpful. The food was awesome, served hot and fresh, and the dessert was tasty too. Their vanilla ice cream from the brand "Namaste India" was especially good. I'd like to hold more parties at this hotel.

Mr. Mohan Raj, the manager, was very cooperative, and the staff were helpful. The rooms and banquet hall were clean. I recently celebrated a special day here, and it was joyful, with good food and decoration.

The food wasn't satisfactory, and the staff came across as unfriendly and inattentive. The venue also lacked cleanliness, which made the ambiance unappealing. It's a small banquet hall with inadequate parking. I wouldn't recommend it for weddings or other important events. Consider another venue for a more satisfactory experience.

The manager, Mr Mohan, was cooperative, and the staff behaved well. The hotel rooms were clean and hygiene was maintained. I celebrated my daughter's First Rice ceremony here recently. The decoration looked really good, and the food tasted great. It seems suitable for engagements, birthday parties, babies' ceremonies, and similar occasions. I'm happy with the service.
