The restaurant food was excellent, which was the one good thing. The rooms weren't clean and the bedsheets smelled. You have to ask for a towel and toiletries, and even after I asked, they weren't provided.

The staff are good and the rooms are maintained, but I had to ask for clean bedding and for things to be cleaned. It's good enough, just don't expect too much.

There was no kitchen, the wall paint in the rooms wasn't good, and the bathroom flush pipe was leaking and rusty. The lift smelled really bad. The reception manager also behaved very badly, even during a normal conversation about the daily advance room rent.

I felt safe staying here on my own as a woman, and would definitely recommend it. I've stayed twice, and both visits were fabulous. The rooms and washrooms were clean, hygienic, and well maintained, and the staff were helpful and behaved nicely. Food was good and reasonably priced. It's near the railway station, easy to reach, and transport is available outside to go wherever you need.

Everywhere else I looked in this glamorous city, the nightly rate seemed to be 3000-4000. This hotel gave me a better place to stay for just 2000Rs. It's good for families and feels safe for women.
