Once a booking is made, Oyo seems to wash its hands of the problem, like an agent who disappears after the deal. The hotel wouldn’t give me the prepaid room I’d booked, and Oyo wouldn’t listen or return my money.

The staff treated me terribly. I’d booked and paid through Oyo, but when I got there they demanded extra money or told me to cancel. They said they wouldn’t give me a room at the low price I’d booked.

I booked online through Oyo for three guests, but when I got to the hotel they claimed the reservation wasn’t showing on their computer. Ridiculous. I’d tell people not to go there.

I booked online for 361 rs and went to the hotel, but the owner wouldn’t give me a room. He demanded another 500 rs and said the booking should be canceled. In the end, I still didn’t get a room.

Really bad experience. The hotel manager charged me extra, though I don’t think this was Oyo’s fault.
