The food was outstanding, easily a 10/10, and I felt the whole team took real pride in looking after guests. The staff were caring, respectful, and attentive throughout my stay at Landmark Towers Kanpur. I was travelling alone with my 3-month-old baby, so the warm, peaceful, baby-friendly environment made a huge difference as a new parent. Housekeeping deserve a special mention: Mr. Vinod and his team, including Mrs. Abida and Mr. Luvkush, were exceptional. They went above and beyond, helping with even the smallest things and making sure we had what we needed. Since I had a baby in the room, they did extra thorough cleaning and kept hygiene standards very high. It was more than a comfortable stay, it was truly memorable. I can’t recommend the hotel enough to anyone visiting Kanpur, especially families. I’d 100% stay again.

The food was excellent, with tasty dishes and plenty of choices that everyone enjoyed. Staff handled everything smoothly, and the day felt stress-free. I attended a family function at Landmark Tower, and the spacious banquet halls and nice ambience made it feel festive and special. Its prime location near the market was handy for shopping or quick errands during the event. Great spot for gatherings.

The rooms have been newly renovated and feel worth the price. It’s a good property overall. The only hiccup was housekeeping coming into our room unannounced with a master key while we were inside.

There are three restaurants in the hotel. The prettiest one is "LIV At the Deck," while "Waterside" seems to be the most preferred. The ambience is hard to put into words, it feels surreal when you enter. It’s a real 5 star hotel. The food is overpriced, though its taste makes every penny feel worth it.

I went to a marriage in the banquet hall on the 10th floor, so I can’t comment on the rooms or related services. There were plenty of waiters, but they were utterly unprofessional, and staff weren’t coordinated on service. The starters tasted like chalk. None of the dishes stood out, except Jalebi. Hygiene was great, but everything else was below average. It’s at a convenient point in Kanpur, though getting there can be very congested at times.
