The food was disappointing, and there wasn't enough near the end, even though we hadn't reached the minimum number of guaranteed plates. Staff were rude and unhelpful throughout our wedding function at Hotel Deventure Karnal, and the management and service felt very unprofessional. The worst moment was when they turned off the AC because the “timing was over,” leaving guests uncomfortable during the celebration. I wouldn't recommend this place for a wedding or family event.

The room was splendid and the surroundings felt cosy. Reception was spectacular, and the chef clearly cared about keeping customers satisfied. I'd recommend Deventure Hotel for a decent stay on a business trip or holiday.

The food service was poor, and about half the staff didn't know the menu items. I booked for 10 days, but on day two they asked us to leave the room, then claimed we'd never discussed the booking that way. It felt like they were going back on what they'd promised for the sake of money from a marriage event. Think very carefully before booking here.

The food was tasty and the service was good, with very nice staff. There's plenty of space in the banquet hall, and the roadside location makes it easy to find.
