They charged me an extra 150 rs. There isn't a deluxe room, but the hotel staff say they want to upgrade you.

The price is way too high for such a bad room. I wouldn't recommend going.

My stay was awful. The bed was broken, the sheets had holes, there was hair and a bad smell in the room, and the AC was poor. The food was tasteless, and the water supply and facilities were bad too. The staff behaved very badly and blamed me when I got stuck because the door wouldn't open. It took three hours before it opened, and when I called for help, they took 45 minutes to answer and told me to wait while they called a key maker. Wi-Fi was slow, and there was no cleaning. Very poor quality, don't book here.

I booked Hotel Pearl Karnal on October 7th, and 418rs was debited twice. Please return the extra amount to my account as soon as possible.
6/10
The room was roomy and the A/C worked fine, but the bed linens were really dirty. Getting to the hotel is a little tricky, with narrow spiral stairs that make it hard to reach the front desk. A front desk staff member asked to use my phone to submit a perfect 5 rating on the OYO app. Parking is in a public area beside the road.
