Camp Riveredge Paradise

The people here are idealistic and know a lot about the environment and conservation. The food is prepared with care, and the kayaking and other activities are sublime. We loved the river, it felt like something out of Wind In The Willows.

We loved the quiet here, falling asleep to the jungle sounds and taking a kayak up the river to see all the beautiful birdlife. Our tent was cozy and comfortable, with electricity, and the bathrooms were clean and spacious. The riverfront setting is amazing. Prasad was a great help with local information, arranging activities, and suggesting what to see and do. The staff were helpful too. My love and I had three beautiful nights at camp river edge paradise, and we’d definitely recommend it.

We stayed one night in a spacious, comfortable tent right by the river, with room for three. There was a bonfire from 7:30 pm to 10 pm, then we had dinner and went to sleep. In the morning, we tried activities around the property and kayaking on the river, with experts sitting behind us and guiding us, so it felt safe. The food was very tasty, with non-veg starters and main courses available. The staff were polite and supportive, and Mr. prasad, the manager, was especially helpful. The property is neat and well organized, beside the river in a moderate forest area. The first kilometer on the way in is off-road. There are outdoor games for kids, adventure games for couples, and space for elders to walk around. It suits every age group and is great for a family get-together, party, or celebration.

Even at Christmas, the place felt private and peaceful, with hardly anyone around. It’s a good spot for a two-day trip, set in nature beside the backwaters of river Kali. The rooms are basic but comfortable, and there’s no WiFi, though Airtel and Jio both work without any issues. The food was just above average for our North Indian family, but the staff will make snacks on request at very reasonable prices. There’s plenty to do, including boating, canoeing, kayaking, ziplining, nearby trekking, fishing, and crabbing. The staff were courteous and cooperative, and they take charge as trainers during the adventure activities. Resort Manager Mr Prasad, Instructor Mr Vinay, and their team know what they’re doing. A nice place for a family to spend time in nature.
