Hotel Rajgriha Kasauli

Hotel Hemkunth has a peaceful, refreshing atmosphere that works well for a weekend break. I had a comfortable stay, with clean rooms and supportive staff. The rooftop café and mountain views give it a special feel. The food was good, service friendly, and the whole experience was lovely. A reliable choice for travelers.

The meals were tasty, and the rooms were clean. Hotel Hemkunth felt comfortable and affordable, with quick service that made our visit enjoyable. We’d happily recommend it.

The room was dirty and unhygienic, with hair and grime throughout. We also found the hotel’s prices excessive: a water bottle marked ₹20 cost ₹60. During our stay, a ₹2,000 phone charger and two other personal items went missing. We suspect hotel staff may have been involved because nobody from outside had access to our room, but management took no responsibility or offered any solution when we reported it right away. Staff were rude, careless, and unprofessional. There was no apology or cooperation, and they wouldn’t even offer a small discount on anything we bought there. I left feeling that guest safety and satisfaction did not matter. It was a stressful stay that ruined our trip. I strongly advise other travelers to find somewhere safer and more reliable.

The peaceful surroundings and views made our time there relaxing. Check-in went smoothly, the staff were warm and made us feel at home, and the food was impressive. Hotel Hemkunth gave us a memorable stay.
