Oren Kasauli

Mr. Alok Mittal (Owner) and Mr. Sanjeev (Manager) were warm, welcoming, and made a point of talking with guests. Their personal involvement helped create a friendly, homely atmosphere, and every team member was thoughtful and quick to help. We spent 2 nights and 3 days at Oren Kasauli Resort with family and friends, enjoying its peaceful mountain setting. We left with wonderful memories and lots of smiles. A great family-friendly retreat with heartfelt hospitality.

The calm atmosphere at OREN felt luxurious without being cold, and the hospitality was warm but unobtrusive. My spouse and I both enjoyed our stay thoroughly, and we'd like to come back and relive it. I was initially skeptical about vegetarian food and possible mixing of cutlery during cooking, but learning that the hotel does no non-vegetarian preparation put me at ease. Every meal was satisfying, made with fresh ingredients and balanced flavors. Breakfast with a mountain view and a relaxed dinner after sunset were both comforting and nourishing. From arrival in Kasauli, the crisp air, misty hills, and quiet made this feel like a retreat. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

The hotel was clean, with lovely views and surroundings, and the rooms were very clean too. Our group of 40 on a Luminous trip to Oren, Kasauli had a wonderful stay. The staff were polite, cooperative, and well trained, handling the large group smoothly and always ready to help with a smile. Everyone appreciated the hygienic, fresh, delicious food. Mr. Alok Mittal, the owner, was especially kind, polite, and supportive and made us comfortable throughout. A perfect group trip spot, highly recommended for Kasauli.

We had a very pleasant weekend at Oren Hotel, Kasauli. Mr Allok was polite, and the meals had a great variety and were delicious. The hotel sits in a peaceful area among beautiful hills, a lovely setting to relax and enjoy nature. Our room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, with a comfortable bed and all the basic amenities.
