I only stayed here because it was an emergency and it was late at night. The manager was unnecessarily rude, and the service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. In such a religious place, I don’t know how people this loud and obnoxious are allowed to operate.

The owner treated clients terribly, and the rooms were the worst quality I've come across. The worst hotel experience. Don't stay here.

The price is unbelievable, and the staff, including Vickey, are helpful and ready to assist around the clock. It's a new property with a lot of potential, and the location is great for visiting Amritsar. The common area is spacious and still being worked on. Wi-Fi was stable and reasonably fast, and the bathroom was good. A nice, affordable place to stay.

We had to check three rooms before finding one without a smoking smell. The bed sheets and pillows were very dirty, and the service from staff wasn't good. During our two-day stay, the telephone didn't work, and even after we complained, staff didn't provide Wi-Fi. Only regional TV channels were available, with no other entertainment channels. The cleaning was poor, and the rooms weren't comfortable for a couple. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to families or anyone else.

The location is somewhat suburban, about 10 km from the station and Golden Temple. Still, if you're attending a wedding in the Majitha bypass area, this is a good low-budget option. I stayed two nights in a basic hotel with good service and staff. The geyser and LED TV both worked.
