The private open ground above the property was a nice extra, with room to play cricket or take a walk. Parking was available on site, and the heated air conditioning in our well-equipped room worked perfectly when we needed it. I stayed here with friends and really enjoyed the complimentary bonfire. The food was delicious, the property was clean, and everything felt comfortable. The staff were friendly and the place was peaceful. It was well worth it, and I'd definitely come back.

There's a large green garden surrounded by mountains, just a two-minute walk away. The resort is in a great spot, about 3 km from the main highway with proper road access. Near the restaurant, there's an open green area where you can have an evening bonfire and dinner with music, and connect your own phone to play songs. The service and food were very good, and the breakfast buffet was good too.

The restaurant team especially stood out. They were kind, attentive, polite, and clearly cared about their work, and the food was superb. Every staff member went out of their way to make the stay comfortable, and the service was amazing. I recently stayed at The Pineland Resort Kasuali, and it was one of my best hotel experiences. Thanks to everyone who made it memorable. I highly recommend it for the warm welcome and great service, and can't wait to return.

Surrounded by greenery and fresh mountain air, this hill-station resort was a lovely place to unwind. Our rooms were cozy and had beautiful valley views, which made the mornings especially refreshing. The food and service were excellent, and we had an amazing vacation here. Highly recommend it for families with small kids.
