I booked early in the morning and paid, then they came back a while later saying I had to pay extra. It felt like a scam. Worst hotel I’ve visited, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

The staff weren’t pleasant, and the room itself offered no value for 2,700 rupees. The sheets were filthy, there was no backup power, and they hadn’t even provided a towel. Worst stay I’ve ever had.

Service was good, but the rooms are small and the location feels like living in a jungle. A very bad hotel.

The receptionist’s behaviour was awful, and the rooms and showrooms smelled bad. Worst hotel in kasuli. Too bad, don’t visit.

The location is good, but the stay was really uncomfortable. The room was very dirty, the sheets were dirty too, and there wasn’t a mirror. Not worth 2800.
