The breakfast was really tasty, and the hotel was spotless. Everyone working there was kind and friendly. We were there with my family for just one day, and it turned into a lovely memory because it was my son's birthday. Isha at reception arranged a sweet little setup for him, with sweets, balloons, a photo area, and a nice table. A man got the decorations ready quickly, and the restaurant waiters helped too. The team here made us so happy we chose this hotel. Thank you, Isha! 👍🏻 Regina 🤗

The extra charges requested when guests came to visit felt unnecessary and unfair. The receptionist's way of handling it was disappointing, and it made the stay uncomfortable. Management should address how guests are treated and make the policies clear and fair.

The reception left a bad impression on me. When visitors came to see guests, the person there asked for extra money. It felt inappropriate and unprofessional. Hospitality should come with respect and transparency, so management really needs to look into this and improve how guests are handled.

The staff's attentive service made our anniversary feel special, and they took care of every detail. We also really enjoyed the delicious food and the warm, elegant ambience. A lovely place for a memorable dining experience, highly recommend it!
