Hotel Bhawani International

Kishoriji at reception was the one person who handled my questions well, even after I’d had a bad experience. The restaurant staff were nice, and room service was good. Other reception staff were rude. One older man kept telling me that I’d got the hotel cheaply and that booking there would have cost more. I’d already paid the full amount through Amazon, and the price was what the platform listed. I don’t consider that his business, especially since there are better hotels nearby for the same kind of money. I’m sure other reviewers will recognize this kind of interaction. I booked a room through Amazon for my family, including senior citizens and a child. The booking listed an air conditioner and other accessories. I could have managed without the less important items, but the AC was needed in the extremely cold weather. The staff refused to provide it and rudely said the room had been cheap, along with other unnecessary comments. That was poor hospitality. Unexpected rain also left water pooling inside the room, and I had to call a sweeper each time to clean it up. The hotel should work on that. The location was okay, but the room wasn’t good because of the water problem and other issues. My experience at Bhawani international was just okay. If you stay there, be ready for these kinds of drawbacks.

The atmosphere felt welcoming, and the staff were really friendly. Service was prompt, and I had a wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

We booked three super deluxe rooms. They were spacious, the service was really good, and the location was superb.

All the rooms and the restaurant have a shrine view, and Banganga and the yatra parchee counter are within walking distance. We had a comfortable family stay in a neat, clean hotel. The food was delicious and the staff helpful. Thanks to the hotel management.
