We’d paid an advance for a confirmed booking of a room with two double beds, but on arrival were told it wasn’t available and they could only give us one room. That was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. After this experience, I won’t return or recommend the place.

The hotel charged ₹3,500 for a room that, to me, was barely worth ₹500. With conditions and service this poor, I was extremely disappointed and wouldn’t recommend it. Avoid this place. I’d booked a family room online after seeing photos that looked clean and well kept, but the room we got was very different. It was dusty, there was hair on the beds, and the blankets smelled bad. Three beds were crammed together, and the bathroom taps were broken. We asked for fresh sheets and blankets. The replacement blankets still had a strong, unpleasant smell. Most of the electrical points didn’t work either. There was no intercom, and staff told us to contact reception over WhatsApp, but the hotel WiFi wasn’t working, so we couldn’t communicate that way.

I’ve been going there for 17-18 years. It’s in a nice location and the rate is great, with friendly staff.
