We weren't even staying at the hotel, but after darshan we were charged 400/- to park our car for less than 24 hours. There isn't enough parking, and staff misled us about it. The manager also didn't give us an invoice for the parking fee, and they don't provide the hotel room bill either. In my view, there are much better places in this price range, so I wouldn't recommend staying here. I feel devotees are being looted in the name of Vaishno Mata. The shrine board should make the holy darshan route accessible by ropeway so there are fewer options for hotels like this. I'm with the shrine board now, and they know very well how devotees should be treated.

The hospitality is top notch, and the location right in Katra market is great. I always prefer staying here when I visit Vaishno devi.

We had a pleasant three-day stay from 13th June 2024 to 15th June 2024, travelling with my parents. The place is budget friendly and close to the bus stand. Our room was clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There's an in-house restaurant too, and the food was delicious.

For the price, the room was spacious and had a nice bed and warm blankets. The facilities were decent, though the TV didn't work properly, Wi-Fi was available only in the lobby, and the geyser took a long time to heat the water. Still, I'd recommend it as an affordable option.
