The staff were rude and dismissive when I mentioned the smell, and they showed no interest in changing rooms or finding a fix. The hallways seemed neglected too, and it felt like neither cleanliness nor customer service mattered to the hotel. This stay wasn’t worth the cost, and I’d advise people to think twice. Other hotels offer better cleanliness, professionalism, and value. The smell hit as soon as I entered the room. It was foul, like dampness mixed with something rotten, and opening the windows for a long time did nothing. The floors looked as if they hadn’t been cleaned properly in ages. There were stains on the sheets and pillow covers, grime around the sink, a poorly maintained toilet, and a constant bad smell from the drain. The whole place felt unhygienic and uncomfortable. It was one of the worst hotel stays of my life, especially when basic hygiene, comfort, and respectful service should be expected. The cleaner, nicer photos they posted seem intended to attract guests.
