My stay at Hotel Shree Palace was very disappointing. The room wasn't maintained properly and cleanliness was below par. I complained twice about the bathroom and toilet being choked, but the staff never responded. It wasn't worth what I paid, and I wouldn't recommend staying here unless they make significant improvements.

The hotel is conveniently close to the railway station, but the service and upkeep were very poor. The geyser in my room didn't work, and staff did nothing after I complained. I also asked to have the room cleaned, with no action. The washroom was dirty and the sink was choked; again, nobody responded to our complaint. The one good part was the hotel driver, Sharma, who was polite and helpful. I'd definitely recommend him. The hotel needs to improve its service and keep the rooms in better condition for guests.

I wouldn't recommend Hotel Shree Palace for the price. There was no food available in the restaurant, and the bathroom smelled strongly. Water collected on the floor while it was being used, and it hadn't been cleaned properly.

The property is well maintained, and the location is good. The management is good too, with polite and supportive managers.

It’s a good hotel, conveniently close to the station and the main gate. I’d recommend booking here.
