OYO 29199 Hotel Raj Residency - A

It’s about 100m from Katra bus stand. Cockroaches were on the kitchen floor and under the bed, like Oggy and his brothers 🫣

We booked through Oyo, but when we arrived they took us somewhere else. This was a fake hotel and an absolute rubbish place. There was no cleaning, the bedsheets had women’s hair and stains all over them, and the washroom was stained too. When we asked them to change the sheets, the staff started shouting. They’d come into the rooms without asking or knocking. Cockroaches were everywhere, and the wifi didn’t work. When it finally started after 2-3 hours, it was rubbish as well. Other customers were complaining too. The owner started fighting with them, and I heard someone say to take him to the police station. I’ll ask Oyo to remove this place from their app if possible. It’s literally a trash bin.

If cockroaches are your thing 🪳, go ahead and book this hotel.

We had a really unpleasant stay. The staff were rude and uneducated, and they used bad words. We were going to file a complaint at the police station, but we had no time and left instead. This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Don’t choose it, even with friends. Katra Seva accommodation is much better for a cheap rate.
