Poor service and a rude way of speaking. There was no hot water, the WC was broken, and the lights were out for hours. They didn't provide blankets in cold weather. The washrooms were awful. Worst, most pathetic hotel I've visited. Don't go.

We were happy to stay at hotel Gordon house katra. The staff made us comfortable from the start, and the premises were beautiful and peaceful. Nearby places were easy to reach, and we felt we got good value. The team was efficient and deserves the praise. It was a fantastic experience, and we'd gladly stay again on another trip.

The so-called premium rooms were overpriced, and the free pickup and drop-off they promised was useless. They wouldn't answer calls at night. The location was terrible, and the app photos gave a misleading impression of this much older, poorly maintained property. Rooms were dirty and outdated, with no tissues or proper dustbins, no landline, and a badly kept washroom. Service was the slowest and worst I've experienced. Avoid it unless you want to waste money and ruin your stay. Never coming back.
