Room service was poor. Hot water didn't come when needed, and one person was handling service for all the rooms.

The central market is nearby, which is the only good thing I can say about this place. I regret staying here. The rooms were dim and neither they nor the washrooms were clean. The washrooms smelled, bedsheets had bread crumbs on them, and even the drinking glasses were dirty. The TV didn't work, tea took ages, and there weren't even basic things like pillows. The beds were awful too, with squeaky, sinking mattresses that seemed very old. The amenities were poor quality, and it wasn't worth it at all.

The location is good, near the market, and the service was good. The room looked clean at first, but that was about it. Tiny cockroaches were everywhere, and hygiene was the biggest problem. The washroom had no bucket, and nobody responded even after we asked twice. The food wasn't hygienic either, and everyone in our family had digestive problems. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The rooms were good and the food tasty, but pickup and drop-off were extremely delayed. After calling the hotel for a pickup, we had to wait around 45 minutes to an hour. Sometimes they'd drop us before the station or our intended place. The rest was okay. The receptionist wasn't consistently pleasant. If you're traveling alone, don't go; they didn't give me proper service when I was by myself. With family or a group of friends, it may be okay.
