The food really stood out: both breakfast and dinner were delicious, fresh, and better than we expected. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, with a beautiful view that made it feel relaxing. The hospitality was excellent, too. The one disappointment was finding out at check-in that the swimming pool would be under maintenance for two days. We’d been looking forward to a swim, and I wish we’d been told before arriving. The staff responded well, though. They offered to let us return and use the pool on a future day even without booking a room, which I really appreciated. It was a great stay at the Royal Bihar Hotel.

The calm setting and good location made the stay comfortable, and we didn’t run into any problems. The rooms were clean and in good shape, and the staff were polite, helpful, and quick with service. Saurabh Tyagi and I were very satisfied with our visit to Hotel The Royal Bihar. We’d happily come back and recommend it for a pleasant stay.

The prices felt fair for the food and service, so it was good value for money. I had a lovely meal at Royal Bihar Hotel: everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and well prepared, and the setting was welcoming and comfortable. The staff were attentive and polite, and brought everything on time. I’d recommend it to families or anyone else looking for a good dining experience. Credit to the team for keeping up the quality.

I came away irritated and wouldn’t recommend staying here. The staff were rude and unresponsive, with no hospitality or professionalism. At breakfast, empty dishes weren’t replenished, tables stayed dirty, and when I asked for one to be cleaned, I was told, “AAP DHEKRAHE NA KAISE HAI. TIME LAGEGA”. Requests for items with the complimentary breakfast weren’t fulfilled either. For room dining, they told me to order through zomato. This place may be for hosting marriages, but it isn’t fit to operate as a star hotel for guests. It was a horrible experience, like staying in a third-class lodge. Stay away.

Neha and Aditya at the front office made my visit memorable with their friendly, professional service. I had an amazing stay at Royal Bihar Hotel Patna, and would highly recommend it for a pleasant visit.
