Radisson Blu Hotel Ahmedabad

We’ve found a place for our next feast. Bishnu, Aloto, Rin and Chef Kartik were warm and attentive, and their service made the meal even more memorable. The buffet at Radisson Hotel had fresh, flavorful food and plenty of variety in the main courses. The kebabs were so tender they practically melted, and we liked the starters so much they could easily have been our main course. For dessert, the paan ice cream and moong dal halwa were both outstanding.

Ms swati made my stay memorable, from welcoming me at check-in to looking after me throughout. She was professional and very considerate, and I appreciated her effort and commitment. My room was kept in impeccable condition, service was prompt and courteous, and the whole place showed a real sense of teamwork. Thank you, Ms swati, for the hospitality and for making the stay so enjoyable. Your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed.

Chef Kartik kept the galautis coming, and they were a highlight. Kamal Dhami, Rin, Phila, Chuba and Vivek looked after us really well. We had dinner at The Kebab Factory and the food was outstanding. The setting felt cozy, the service was great, and I’d definitely recommend it. Keep up the good work, everyone.

The food felt focused on quality rather than quantity. The Mutton Nalli was rich and flavorful, the Chicken Malai Tikka tender, and the Galouti Kabab was one of the best I’ve tried, soft, aromatic and practically melting in the mouth. I’m not keen on achari-style marinades, so I’d skip those if you like cleaner flavors. Mr.Chuba from the F&B team was warm and attentive. The staff were friendly and polite, checking in without interrupting the meal. The Great Kabab Factory at Radisson Blu Ahmedabad has a calm, peaceful atmosphere that worked well for a family dinner. Good ambience, great service and excellent kababs. Worth a visit if you prefer quality to the usual buffet chaos.
