Hotel Ista Prime

The bathroom had no water heater or hangers for clothes, and the rooms had no tables for eating. Reception said only one or two rooms in the whole hotel have tables, and gave no proper response. For a place calling itself a 3-Star hotel, it's a terrible experience. The butter chicken I ordered tasted awful and had more other trash than chicken, while the prices are too high. Even lodges are better and would save you ALOT of money. I wouldn't give this place even a star.

The location is nice, but it seems like nobody is interested in running this place. They should probably focus or take it easy. I won't visit again. The restroom wasn't clean, and the O'General AC filters looked like they hadn't been cleaned for months, with hair everywhere and filters left by the dustbin. I called four times because the AC wasn't working, and a guy arrived an hour later. At checkout, nobody was at the counter, so I left the keys with a cleaner. At check-in, the lady at the counter didn't seem to care and had a look like she hated people coming in. She didn't ask for ID Copy, just handed over the keys and said we could handle formalities later. There were no room boys to show us to the room.

The hall easily fits up to 200 members, and parking is available. The place and surroundings were clean. Food tasted good and was hygienic too. Nice for small occasions, and we had a good experience 👌👌

We arrived at the hotel at 9:30 on after booking a room through goibibo, but staff refused to let us check in because of their internal issues. Reception is handled by small kids. Very poor, please don't book.
