The way the waiter behaved was highly unprofessional, and staff were rude and discourteous throughout our visit. They made quick judgments and interacted inappropriately, which made the experience very unpleasant. This sort of conduct is unacceptable in hospitality, and I wouldn’t recommend the hotel to anyone in my network. It was a very disappointing experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves staff behavior and customer service standards.

The rooms were absolutely filthy and run down. The people were extremely rude, disorganised and unprofessional, and seemed to have no idea how to manage a hotel business. They ruined our holidays in Talegaon and left us scrambling at the last minute, which was stressful and extremely annoying. They don’t deserve even a single Google star. I’ll never visit this place again!

The ambience and seating arrangement were good, and the service was quick. I ordered dal tadka, roti and steamed rice, but the food tasted bland to me.

We visited the restaurant, and the food seemed good. The place was clean and well maintained, with ample parking, a pool, a separate family seating area and a bar area. The seats were a bit uncomfortable because they had no cushions.

There’s plenty of parking and a huge seating area, including a separate family section. The food, drinks and service were fantastic. We enjoyed the live music at the weekend, and the crowd was good and decent.
