My family and I went to Royal park for a holiday and really enjoyed our time there. The manager, owner and staff were all cooperative and supportive. A good place to visit with friends or family.

Bad experience. The staff had poor communication skills, and there was no hospitality or good service. The schemes weren’t valid, and the gift cards seemed fake, with all B options.

Parking was convenient, and room service was prompt and accommodating. The location is fantastic, close to a range of attractions. The rooms were decent and comfortable enough, though nothing special. My recent stay was average, but it’s a decent choice if location and room service matter to you.

The hotel was clean and properly maintained, the staff were friendly, and room service was quick. It also has a swimming pool, though the location itself is average. Staff were a tad overenthusiastic about advance payment. I expected to pay the balance at checkout. We had water issues on the last day, but I’m guessing that was a one-off rather than the norm. Worth checking out.

The management are friendly, and the non-veg food they serve is amazing. There are no restrictions on drinking or smoking inside the hotel premises. If you’re after an affordable, relaxing break from the hustle and bustle of busy life, this is the place. You won’t be disappointed.
