Hair was left throughout the room and bathroom, and the commode looked like it hadn’t been cleaned after the last guest. The bucket and bath stool were extremely dirty, with no bathroom mat or door mat either. The room smelled strongly foul, almost as if it had been shut for months. The Wi-Fi barely worked in the room, and many amenities were broken or in poor shape. Parking only fits around 2-3 cars, which is inconvenient if you arrive by vehicle. The staff didn’t seem professional, and it looked as though minors were working there. We stayed one night as a couple, and it was one of the worst stays I’ve had.

The resort is surrounded by nature on every side, and the room views were about as good as they could be. I had a great visit, with excellent food and room service, plus plenty of fun activities to enjoy some quality time. I’d highly recommend it for a peaceful getaway with friends or family.

The rooms and bathrooms were super clean, and the pool was kept very well. The food was great too. We had such a good time that two days felt like two hours. It’s a great family vacation spot and pet friendly as well. The staff were polite and respectful, and the service was up to the mark. A wonderful experience!
