The beach was clean and nearly empty, and the setting was peaceful. We had a lovely one-day stay at Samant Beach Resort. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and a nice choice if you want somewhere aesthetic. Staff were polite and helpful, and the food was tasty with authentic local flavors. Even the short visit felt refreshing. A great quick beach getaway, and I’d come back 🌊😊. One star off because some things felt overcharged at times.

The setting is the main draw, tucked among supari and coconut gardens with a clean beach just across a small walking bridge. It’s a great spot for a vacation. The resort itself is fantastic, with clean rooms, quick service, plenty of parking, good food and well-kept grounds. The last 1km of the approach road is narrow. There’s no mobile network coverage, so you’ll need the resort Wi-Fi, though it doesn’t always work.

Samant Resort and Villa, Bhogwe Beach is a peaceful place to relax, with a calm, soothing atmosphere and a pretty, clean beach. Our children enjoyed the stay too. The food was authentic, nicely prepared and tasted very good. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return in 2026. I’d recommend it to anyone after a quiet beachside getaway.

The staff were so courteous and helpful throughout our stay, and made us feel comfortable. At Samant Beach Resort, we had clean, spacious, well-kept rooms, tasty food with good variety, and a lovely peaceful setting close to the beach. It was a relaxing and memorable visit. Highly recommended for a family or couple getaway.

We visited a week ago with our schoolmates. The resort sits right along the shore, so we enjoyed watching the fishermen at work. The staff gave us good service and the food was good too. They should keep the stray dogs away, though. My roommate left his chapple outside at night, and by morning it had been torn to pieces. Otherwise, a nice place.
