Beach Gate Bungalows

We arrived late, but Arun showed us around and arranged a lovely dinner at a nearby restaurant. The apartment had a full kitchen and private pool, which we really enjoyed. Our rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom had everything we needed. A pleasant stay, and I’d definitely recommend it. P.S. There’s a peacock 🦚

Breakfast is a five-minute walk away at Eighth bastion, where the service is very good. We spent two nights at this beautiful, spacious and comfortable property, which was well maintained. They looked after us well, and Mr Arun, the property manager, made sure we were comfortable throughout. The customer experience was excellent.

The pool was a treat, and the rooms were very clean and really nice. There’s filtered water in the kitchen and some safe food for a quick breakfast. The staff were friendly, and whenever we needed something, our host promptly found a solution. As a bonus, a friendly peacock sometimes showed up on the property.

Arun was there to settle us in when we arrived late, and he arranged for dinner from Eighth Bastion Hotel to be delivered. He and his colleagues at the Hotel, a ten-minute walk away, were welcoming and helpful. We stayed three nights at Beachgate, and the well-kept bungalow worked well for our family of four, with its full kitchen and swimming pool. The rooms were spacious and clean. It was a memorable stay.
