Of the couple of places we stayed in Kochi, this one was the highlight. The room was spacious and comfortable, the host was super friendly, and breakfast was delicious. Great value for money, highly recommended!

The host is what really makes this homestay special. He calmly and kindly takes care of what guests need. The facilities are impeccably clean, and the Kerala breakfast is delicious. We had a spacious room with practical details, and could walk to Fort Kochi’s sights from there. I can highly recommend it if you’re after a relaxing stay in Kochi.

The room was spacious, the bathroom was clean, and we felt safe and relaxed during our stay. David Homes is in an amazing spot near the beach, and breakfast was included and delicious. The host was so kind and hospitable. He also helped us book a backwaters tour, then let us freshen up and kept our luggage safe when we returned in the afternoon, even though checkout time had passed.

The rooms were squeaky clean, well maintained, and just as described in the booking. Sam was great at welcoming us, gave clear instructions, and was reachable by phone when we arrived. My family and I are grateful for the warm hosting. If you’re staying in Kochi and want to see most of the places, definitely plan a stay here.
