The staff were polite, and the food was decent for the price. The quiet location is a plus if you want to get away from noise, but the room and facilities let the stay down badly. I booked the highest room category, yet the thick mattress, around 8-10 inches, was old, worn, and uncomfortable. The taps weren't working properly either. Hot water was very limited, with the geyser set so low that it wasn't enough, especially in cold weather. It felt like a basic dharamshala arrangement where you have to use buckets. Toiletries such as soap, a toothbrush, toothpaste, and shaving kits were said to be included, but repeated requests didn't get them supplied. The hotel says its rooms are heated, but the dual AC system wasn't working properly and couldn't keep the room comfortable. During bad weather, the power went out at about 10 PM. The hotel didn't start the generator, so we were left without proper lighting all night. With the poor maintenance, missing basics, and weak service, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who needs proper comfort and amenities.

We were a group of 22 from Karnataka, and the staff's service was amazing. The manager also helped us with local information, almost like a guide. The food was yummy, and the way the owner and staff treated us is something we won't forget. The rooms were neat, clean, and among the nicest we found in Himachal. Thanks again, and God bless the management and staff.

I had lunch here with my family during our weekend visit on 26 Jul 25. The hotel was very well maintained, and the staff were friendly. Everything was neat and clean, and the food was simple but very tasty. Thanks to the hotel staff.
