The photos look great, but the room we got was dirty and smelled bad. There was no hot water at night and no bucket. When we asked, they said they’d provide one in the morning. We waited for breakfast from 9 until 10:30 and still didn’t get it all, and there was no tea. The staff were rude, irritating and arrogant, as if they owned the place. After all these years, this was the worst experience I’ve had. I’d give it minus stars if I could. I wouldn’t pay more than 500 for this room, so stay only if you can get it for that price; otherwise, find somewhere else.

We paid extra for an AC room after booking one through Agoda, then had to argue to get the money back. At check-in they gave us a non-AC room and asked for more money. My friend paid ₹2000 upfront because we needed AC. Agoda customer support apologized for the property and told the owner to return it. We were moved to an AC room and told the ₹2000 would be adjusted at checkout, especially as we planned to extend our stay. We later extended at an agreed price and expected about ₹800 back. At checkout, they refused, claiming a guest had visited us for half an hour on the first day. That condition had never come up when we agreed on the extension and final price. It felt dishonest. They also threw away my expensive cake from the fridge, saying it wasn’t their property. The staff and management were extremely rude, with no idea how to treat guests. Amit was especially arrogant and disrespectful. The rooms are decent and the location is fine, but the management is awful, with no professionalism, manners, honesty, transparency, ethics or respect for guests. The place felt like a scam. If you value your money, peace of mind and basic decency, stay away. Worst hotel experience in Goa, worst service and management. Never again.

The housekeeping staff member was really good. He helped us and arranged dinner, which I appreciated. But Amir behaved very badly, speaking poorly to us at night and coming to wake us before checkout time. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the washroom, and the pool water was very dirty. The staff need proper training.

The bathroom barely worked, and the room was hot, basic and short on facilities. I booked through Agoda expecting the advertised deluxe room with AC, but was given a non-AC room with no explanation or upgrade. Staff insisted it was a “deluxe room,” though it clearly wasn’t what I’d paid for or what the booking photos and description showed. The whole thing felt like a scam involving the hotel and Agoda, since the booking details didn’t match reality. If you care about comfort or honesty when booking online, stay far away. I won’t be back.
