That third-floor dining space was a lovely place to sit with coffee and relax, and the villa itself had everything we needed. Our room was very clean, and the design gave the place a welcoming feel. We stayed two nights, just a minute's walk from a beautiful, spotless beach near Cherai Beach. The area was exceptionally quiet and clean, and there was hardly anyone on the beach, so it almost felt private. Unni was always there for questions and anything else we needed, and was very accommodating. We looked forward to the tasty, authentic breakfasts each morning. A couple of small things could make the stay more comfortable: curtains that block the outside light at night, and sheets to go with the blanket. We had a great time and hope to come back soon.

There are four rooms, and the small dip pool is a nice extra. The place is very close to both the beach and the backwaters. Food was great, and they can cater for guests who order in advance. The breezy hall on the second floor opens to a beach view, a good spot to hang out with friends.

The rooms and bathrooms were really clean, approved by the women in our group. The complimentary breakfast was tasty, especially the pineapple. There were nine of us staying for a birthday, and the host was friendly and sorted out everything we needed, including decor, autos, tts, and food. He even checked in while we were out sightseeing and after we got back late. The villa sits between the beach and backwaters in a peaceful spot. If you want an aesthetic, budget-friendly stay with a great beach view, this is the place.

Everything about our two nights at lighthouse was lovely, from the location and the caretakers' service to the owners' commitment to their guests. Unni, thanks for accommodating us in your house. The property is well maintained and in a very good location. We'll definitely visit again. All the best to you and the team!
