We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this well located homestay on Princess St, right in the heart of Fort Kochi. Shops are right outside, and the Chinese Fishing nets and other main attractions are easy to reach on foot. The room was lovely, with breakfast provided at the hotel. Hot water depended on solar heating, but otherwise we had no issues.

The location is the only good thing here. The rooms and service were so substandard that the holiday-season price felt ridiculously high, especially with all the noise outside making it hard to rest. The rooms don't block noise well, there were mosquitoes, and breakfast was below average. I understand holiday season means a higher rate, but this felt wildly overpriced. There are much better options nearby. I really don't recommend it.

Shiva at reception was really helpful, and we felt safe as women staying here. The rooms were clean and the place had a warm, homely feel. It’s also a great spot if you’re in Kochi for the art festival.

We’d happily come back next time. The staff made us feel welcome, and our room was spacious, spotless, and well cared for, with everything we needed. It’s close to the main sights but still quiet and relaxing. A really memorable stay.
