The rooms are simple but very clean, with hot water, fresh towels, and a lovely balcony. The owner, John, is kind and soft-spoken, easy to approach while still respecting guests' privacy and space. We appreciated that our conversations felt genuine, without repeated requests for positive reviews making the stay feel transactional. Thanks for the warm hospitality. If we're back in Kochi, we'd happily stay here again. We'll especially miss the centuries-old tree a short walk from the house.

Mr. John was a humble, kind host who was willing to help. The room was simple, tidy, and clean, with a blanket on the bed, hot water, and towels available without any trouble. The location was the best part: close to the beach, shops, cafes and restaurants, and artistic areas, yet still quiet and peaceful. My best stay in Fort Kochi!

The owner was very helpful. He explained routes for exploring the area easily and arranged an auto to take me to the bus stop. The stay was nice and good value for money, with clean rooms and restroom, basic amenities, hot water, and both AC and non-AC rooms. Restaurants are close by if you want to order food. I especially liked the serene location near Fort Kochi's tourist spots. Much recommended.

The neighborhood is peaceful, with plenty of good restaurants only a couple of minutes away. Our room was spotless and had everything we needed, and the owner was really kind, attentive, and ready to help. The price felt excellent for what we got. I’d definitely recommend it.
