Royal Beach Abode

I stayed two nights with my family and had a very good experience. It's family friendly and very close to the sea. Breakfast is available for an extra charge, while for lunch and dinner you may need to go out or order through Swiggy. You have to make a little effort to reach the open beach, but you can still experience the sea from here. The road to the house looks very narrow at first, though it was manageable and our car got through easily.

We spent two nights here and really enjoyed it. The property was just as we expected from the booking, with a calm setting, clean and peaceful surroundings, and the sea right nearby. It feels fully private, with no one around to disturb you. Swiggy delivers here, and the main road is an easy walk away. Our room was large, with multiple AC units, two beds for four people, and a dining table with four chairs. There are also room setups with three beds for six people, or one bed for two. All are on the first floor, with a private entrance and parking within the property.

Fresh, comfortable beds and very clean rooms. We had a lovely stay, would happily come again, and can totally recommend this place. Thx!

This homestay is a beautiful, peaceful haven away from Cochin's bustle, but still just a short TukTuk ride away, or a bus ride if you're feeling adventurous. The people running it are some of the nicest I've met anywhere. I would've extended my stay if my flights weren't booked and my visa weren't about to expire.
