Taj Malabar Resort & Spa, Cochin

Taj Malabar made our Cochin trip memorable, and my 3-year-old loved the stay too. Facing the calm ocean, the property felt especially peaceful and relaxing. The food, room service, staff, and activities were all 10/10 for us, including the boat ride, Bharatanatyam performance, and high tea. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality and memories!

I first visited Taj Malabar as a child and came back many years later as an adult. The property is still beautifully maintained, perhaps even better than I remembered, and the stay was so memorable. Every staff member was warm and handled everything smoothly. I can't wait to return.

Set along the backwaters, Taj Malabar has lovely views, lush greenery, and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are elegant and comfortable, many looking out over the water, and the staff are gracious and attentive from the moment you arrive. The South Indian and seafood dishes were especially good. Between the quiet pace and sunset views, it feels like a relaxing retreat with refined comfort, and a lovely mix of luxury, nature, and Kerala's warmth.

The waterfront views, greenery, and calm, luxurious feel made the property feel welcoming right away. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. We left feeling refreshed, pampered, and well looked after, and would love to return. A special part of the stay was the Sushupti treatment at J Wellness Spa. It was deeply relaxing, and Mohini was a skilled, attentive, soothing therapist. The spa itself felt serene and revitalizing. We were greeted with a beautiful Thiruvathira dance, a memorable and charming start. From arrival onward, the service was warm, personal, and attentive in that signature Taj way. Everyone we met was kind, proactive, and focused on making our stay special. Highly recommend Taj Malabar for comfort, luxury, and Taj hospitality.
