The location worked perfectly for our engagement party, and the food and service were just what we hoped for on such a special day. We had a great time here.

I left my Bluetooth headphones in the room and called management right after checking out. I had put them on the table to the right of the telephone, but they said I must have lost them somewhere else. I believe a staff member took them, and the way management handled my complaint felt like a performance. The headphones were worth 7,000, and they never took any action. The staff treated me terribly. Please don't stay here.

The staff were humble and communicated warmly with guests. We also got good service in the restaurant, where the food was tasty. Our room was neat and clean, and communication at both reception and the restaurant was good.

We attended a family function and were given the hall for free. The food, though, wasn't tasty enough for the price. They need to improve it. The place was just okay.

The staff's behavior was really poor and they came across as unprofessional. Service was pathetic, so I'd put this hotel at the very bottom of my options and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
