V K G Group Holiday Hotel

I had the beef roast and Kerala paratha here yesterday. Within half an hour, my stomach was twisting with unbearable pain. I hadn’t eaten or drunk anything else before or after that meal, and I became seriously ill enough to be admitted to hospital. I’m furious and deeply disappointed. This is reckless and unacceptable. People trust you with their health when they eat here, and this has badly broken that trust. Were the ingredients spoiled, or was cheap, third-rate food being used to cut costs? I can’t say, but the possibility is alarming. Never cut corners on food quality or gamble with people’s health. This is food for people, not something to use in experiments. What happened to me is unforgivable. Take responsibility and fix this before anyone else is harmed.

We had an amazing stay. The staff were polite and took care of everything we needed. The location is near cherai beach, where you can go for a morning sunrise on the beach. They also have their own restaurant inside for a good dinner.

The staff were lovely, the food was good, and everything was comfortable and clean. I’d highly recommend this fabulous hotel.

The atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming, and it was quiet, though the hotel near Cherai Beach isn’t facing the sea. The rooms were average for comfort and amenities, while service and parking were functional but nothing special. It’s easy to get to Cherai’s shore from here. A decent short-stay choice if you want somewhere peaceful near the beach and aren’t expecting luxury or a direct beach view.
