The staff were cordial and cooperative, and I especially enjoyed the engaging conversations between the manager and guests. The grounds were clean and quiet, and the food was delicious. The retreat is in a good spot, with vehicles available right outside. We had a great time there with our family.

The restaurant food was delicious, and our little one enjoyed everything the chef made. Dilip ji was also a big help: after I booked two rooms two months ahead, he kept responding to my questions about the trip, even when they weren’t hotel-related. He was polite and helped arrange our safari too. It was a really good experience in Assam. The staff treated us like family, so I’d recommend the place.

They arranged a jeep for my morning safari and helped me book an elephant safari as well. I’d reserved a deluxe room, but when I arrived they upgraded me to a deluxe room with a balcony at no extra charge. The hospitality was top notch, and I think it’s probably the best hotel near Kaziranga.

The hotel manager, Mr.UTPAL, deserves special appreciation for his service and hospitality. He kindly guided us about taking a Jeep Safari to National Park. The accommodation was very good, and the food was excellent too.

We spent one night in rooms 111 and 112, and the experience was awful. They charged us 1000 over a small bedsheet stain, even though the sheets were stained already. We hadn’t been told at check-in that they had a bedsheet charge policy, and the receptionist was very rude when we asked for a discount. It was really upsetting. Be careful and make sure you know about these charges.
