Pulao Poetry, the in-house dining option, was awesome. I had the Bengali thali and it was mouthwatering. The quiet stay was nice, and the clean washroom was a plus. The Premium Delux Room was 2000 per night, worth the price. Bankura Station is 12 minutes away.

The rooms were pretty good, but the washrooms were dirty and completely unhygienic.

The hospitality and overall quality of the hotel were good, but I had a troubling mix-up about checkout. I checked in on 16.05.2025 at 10.54 PM and told the receptionist I'd leave at 12:00 PM the next day. Then at 11am on 17.06.2025, when I called for tea, I was unexpectedly told to vacate immediately. I felt very bad. There was no communication with each other. I think it was a misunderstanding, but it caused inconvenience. Please look into it and improve communication for future guests.

I'm from Kolkata and stayed here for two days. The staff were the best part, really supportive and friendly, and my experience was top notch. The hotel priyadarsini team did a great job, thank you and keep it up.

The food here is delicious, and the staff are helpful and well mannered. I was on a weekend trip. The TV didn't work at all, though. Still, it's a good place.
