I wouldn’t recommend the Rooftop Bar. They ask you to pay more than the price listed on the menu, which feels like cheating. Management needs to take this seriously or they could lose local customers.

The complimentary breakfast was the one good part: four breakfast choices, plus tea, coffee, and milk, all well prepared and served without limit. The restaurant staff were very cordial. The rooms, though, were in poor shape for the price. We booked two, and one had a bathroom door that wouldn’t work; water collected in the other bathroom. Despite booking AC rooms, they kept the AC mains off, and with no power backup, a power cut left us suffocating.

The rooms are good, hot water is available, and they have AC rooms. Food quality and taste were great, and the staff were supportive. Service was quick, the price was reasonable, and it’s a good option for a short stay.

We paid around 2800 for one night after booking at 9:30 pm, and I wasn’t satisfied with what we got. I called reception at 10:30 to say we’d arrive by 11 and ordered food so we could eat in the room before midnight. When we arrived, nobody was there to help with our luggage, and I had to call for assistance. Parking wasn’t proper, check-in only finished at 11:40, and I had to remind them about the food. The staff didn’t seem to respect our time or situation, especially with my elderly mother with us. The room was very small, with broken furniture. There was only one bath towel for our family of four, and when we asked for two more, they said they were out. The bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work, so it felt suffocating. The sukka mutton wasn’t good either, the dry coconut had a stale smell. Breakfast in the morning was okay, but the overall stay wasn’t good.
