The entry and exit door was locked from outside by the receptionist, leaving guests trapped inside. That's an extremely dangerous safety hazard in an emergency, especially for anyone staying with elderly family members. I strongly advise against this place. The AC, geyser and elevator were all out of order, and the receptionist had no basic telephone etiquette. They also charged Rs 30 for a 1 liter bottle of packaged drinking water with an MRP of Rs 18. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere.

What stood out was how comfortable the stay felt. The rooms at Florence Palace were clean, spacious and well maintained, with a comfortable bed, spotless washroom and all the necessary amenities. Housekeeping kept everything tidy, and the interiors were nicely arranged. The staff were polite, professional and ready to help with room service, directions or other requests. The food was fresh, tasty and nicely presented, and arrived on time. The hotel is near Bypass Mukundapur, convenient and easy to reach for the area, while the surroundings are peaceful. Everything from arrival onward exceeded my expectations. I had a wonderful experience and would gladly stay again. I highly recommend it for a pleasant, comfortable stay near Bypass Mukundapur.

We stayed here with family for a family function, and the manager helped us get to the nearby shopping mall, south city mall. The guest house is right on the main road, which was its main attraction for us. Staff were warm, the rooms were well appointed, and everything felt inviting and very clean. The food exceeded our expectations too. Comfort and quality service made the stay enjoyable and memorable. I highly recommend it for a smooth, pleasant visit.

The linen was dirty, and even after many complaints the replacements were dirty too. They clearly didn't have clean linen. They also wouldn't allow outside catering, while the food they provided was very expensive, poor quality and sometimes short on quantity. We booked the house for out-of-town guests attending my marriage, explaining that around 30-40 people would stay for five days. Abhijit, the owner, made big promises about managing everything, but the service was horrendous. One old caretaker was left to handle everything from cleaning to making tea, and the washrooms took so long to clean that guests were very uncomfortable. There are eight rooms, but they gave us only seven, saying the last was for an old client visiting for medical care. During our stay, we saw multiple couples going in and out of that eighth room during the day, as if it were being used as a love room. Imagine that during a family gathering. What is that if not misrepresentation? We felt cheated. Please be careful if you're thinking of booking this property for any reason.
